Council concept plan — 185–191 Park Ridge Road
Logan City Council's preliminary concept design tabled at the pre-lodgement meeting for this site (PLM/266/2023): Park Ridge Road upgraded to an urban arterial dual carriageway with a 3.0 m shared path and a new urban access street serving the land behind the frontage. The story

A clean, ready site in the middle of Park Ridge's growth.

185–191 Park Ridge Road offered something developers rarely find: 2.03 ha of flat land, free of flood and vegetation constraints, with water and sewer at the boundary and Emerging Community zoning — in the middle of one of Logan's busiest growth corridors.

A 34-lot concept had already been tested with Logan City Council at a pre-lodgement meeting — lots of mostly around 450 m², a new internal urban access street, and road links planned through to the neighbouring land. Council's feedback (more lot variety, a stormwater basin, temporary access from Park Ridge Road) gave developers a clear path to a stronger application.

We brought it to our network of developers active in Park Ridge, who could see its place among the surrounding estates — and managed to secure the opportunity at $3,400,000, setting up the next residential community for the area.
