$8.5M off-market. 590 Chambers Flat Road, without a single public ad.
A confidential, off-market opportunity with a national corporate landowner — now the core of a proposed 141-lot community across 8.3 ha.
Logan City Council application COM/38/2025 (under assessment)
The story
A national landowner. A confidential deal.
Working with a respected developer, our brief was land with real long-term upside in Logan's southern corridor. The right site — 4.23 ha at 590–598 Chambers Flat Road — was owned by a national, multibillion-dollar manufacturing company that was never going to run a public campaign.
We built the relationship, negotiated exclusive access so the developer could complete due diligence without pressure, and worked through policy shifts and rising construction costs together. We managed to secure the opportunity at $8,500,000 on terms that suited both sides — and the developer has since combined it with two adjoining lots into a proposed 141-lot community.
