The story
A win-win for the landowners and the developer.
733–743 Logan Reserve Road is a 1.42 ha Emerging Community site in the path of Logan Reserve's next wave of estates. We matched it with the developer group already advancing the 141-lot community on Chambers Flat Road — a partner who could see exactly how the land fits its pipeline.
We managed to secure the opportunity at $3,350,000 — structured so the developer could unlock value through approvals while the owners achieved a premium price, with settlement timed to suit. Council has since approved site works, the first step towards new homes on the land.
