170 Loganview Road is a level, mostly cleared 2.08 ha Emerging Community site with 90.7 m of frontage and services in the street — and it sits right beside approved communities of 93 and 272 lots. The owners had wanted to move on for some time; when we first met them they were under contract with another developer. We stayed in touch until the timing was right.
The developer was one we'd been talking with well before this site came up. They knew the zoning and had run the numbers, so when we released the opportunity to our private network, they moved immediately. We managed to secure the opportunity — a signed $3,000,000 contract — in 33 minutes.
